Six things, and that is on purpose

A short shelf is a kindness.

Every material and measurement published, fragrance free, shipped free from a US warehouse in three to eight days, and nothing pre-ticked at checkout.

Water and dinner

For the cat who never seems thirsty.

Cats evolved in a desert and took their water from what they ate. Kibble broke that, and most cats never caught up. Moving water is the one trick that reliably works.

Why there are six and not four thousand.

A pet shop with four thousand products is asking you to do the work. We read the spec sheet, measure what we can, publish all of it including the rows nobody has verified, and only then does something go on the shelf. Most of the category does not survive that, which is the list further down this page.

Nuzz Refill

Never the
empty roll.

One thing here runs out, and running out is the actual problem. Not the price. Put the bags on a rhythm and the next box turns up a few days before you would have noticed.

Ten per cent, every time

Not an introductory rate that quietly ends. Every delivery, for as long as it runs.

First call on restocks

We hold twenty fountains, not two thousand. When a lot lands, people on a rhythm hear before the page does.

Your price is locked

If our supplier raises theirs, your deliveries stay at the price you started on. We will write to you rather than quietly move it.

Stop it in one tap

No phone call, no retention offer, nobody trying to talk you out of it. Skip, move or stop, from the email itself.

$12.60 a box, not $14

The Bags

270 bags is about three months for one dog. Two dogs, or a dog with opinions, will want it sooner.

First box today, then —.

The cheapest the bags get

The Bags, three boxes

810 bags is about a year for one dog, at under four cents a bag. Worth it if you have the cupboard for it.

First three boxes today, then —.

Shipping is free either way, so the ten per cent is ten per cent and not a discount that postage eats. You are charged when each delivery ships, never before. No minimum number of deliveries, no fee to stop, and nothing is pre-ticked anywhere on this site. Card statements show NUZZPET.COM.

Looked at, measured, not listed

The shelf is short because the rejection list is long.

This is the part most shops keep private. We think it is the most useful page we have, because it tells you what we actually care about.

Anything they eat.

Dental powders, hairball pastes, joint chews. We cannot audit a formulation we do not control, and we are not putting our name on an ingredient list we cannot read. This one is permanent.

Scented anything.

There is a lavender version of nearly everything in this category. It exists for the person holding the bag, not the animal standing next to it, whose nose runs at sixteen to sixty times the resolution of yours.

Litter and food.

Too heavy to ship honestly at our size. The freight would cost more than the product and you would be paying for it either way, just further down the receipt.

Collars, harnesses and anything sized.

A sized product means a returns pile, and a returns pile means guessing on your behalf. We would rather sell you six things that fit every animal than ninety that fit some.

The $19 fountain.

We priced eleven. The cheap ones are ABS plastic with a sealed pump you cannot replace, which makes the whole thing disposable in about a year. We chose the one with real 304 stainless and a pump we can stock, and it costs more.

Our own Welcome Kit.

We built it, priced it and put it on this page. Then we could not find a replacement filter for the fountain that we could actually ship, and a starter kit containing three months of filters we cannot supply is a lie with a discount on it. So we pulled our own product. It is the only item on this list we made ourselves.

Automatic feeders.

When one fails, an animal does not eat. We are not confident enough in any unit we have found to carry that risk for you, and we will say so until that changes.

Not sure where to start?

The fountain is what most people come for, and the one they tell someone else about.
